Between-ride care for driverless cars

Your riders see the mess first. Let them tell us.

Stick a free rider card in each cab. A rider scans it, reports the problem in three taps, and we check whether an operator is available in your area. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge.

Only at RoboCab Care: rider cards are free, for every cab you own.

How it works

  1. Make a card for each cab

Tell us how many cabs you run. We give you a printable card per cab, each with its own code. It takes about a minute and costs nothing.

  2. Riders scan and report

A rider scans the card, taps what is wrong (a spill, trash, a smell, a lost item) and sends it. No app and no account.

  3. We confirm availability with you

We contact you with what was reported for which cab. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge. If an operator is available, we quote a price and arrival window for you to approve before a visit, with before and after photos.

A car with no driver has nobody to notice a spilled drink. The next rider does. RoboCab Care turns that rider into your early warning.

Why riders, not a schedule

Clean when it is needed, not when the calendar says so

A cab can run clean for a week, then lose a whole evening to one spilled soda. A cleaning schedule cannot see that. A rider can, and a rider card means they will say so before the next five riders sit in it.

You pay for the rescue the cab actually needed, at the car, with travel included when availability is confirmed per request. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge.

What riders can report

  • A spill or a wet seat
  • Trash or food left behind
  • A bad smell
  • Someone was sick
  • An item left behind (we reply to the email they give)
  • Something damaged or broken

Reports require a rider email so we can reply; a phone number is optional. The card code is random and says nothing about you.

Pilot pricing, in USD, before tax. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge. We confirm an arrival window before anything is booked; beyond 10 road miles, travel is quoted. A rider report is read by a person and relayed to you using your contact details; it does not dispatch anyone on its own.

Common questions

What is a rider card?

A yellow card with a QR code that you put inside each cab. A rider who finds a mess scans it and reports the problem in three taps. The report reaches RoboCab Care, and we tell you what was reported. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge; if an operator is available, we quote the price.

Are rider cards really free?

Yes, for every cab you own, on every plan, including if you never book a rescue. You make them on the rider cards page and print them yourself.

What does a rescue cost?

Quick rescue $59, Spill rescue $89, Sick-seat rescue $149, with travel within 10 road miles included for confirmed requests. The Ready plan is $109 a month per cab with 2 rescues included; Always Ready is $279 a month per cab with 6 included. Pilot pricing, in USD, before tax. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge.

How fast do you get to the car?

Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge. If an operator is available, we confirm an arrival window before anything is booked. We do not promise a response time we cannot keep.

Do you charge riders?

Never. Riders report for free. Whether you pass a cleaning fee on to a rider through your ride-hail network is between you and the network.

What if the mess is bigger than one seat?

Soaked foam, several seats, smoke or mold are quoted from the rider's report and your photos before anyone goes out, so you know the price first.
