One card per cab. Free, for every cab you own.
Each card carries its own code and QR. Put it where riders can see it, at the back of a headrest or by the door. When a rider scans it and reports a problem, the report reaches us with that cab's code, and we contact you.

They appear on this page as soon as you send. Print them on card stock and stick one in each cab.
