About RoboCab Care
RoboCab Care offers between-ride cabin care for driverless ride-hail cars, with availability confirmed per request. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge. We start from what riders see, because in a car with no driver, the rider is the only one who sees it.
What we do
- Free QR rider cards, one per cab, so riders can report a problem in about 20 seconds.
- Rescues at the car: Quick, Spill and Sick-seat, with availability confirmed per request and travel within 10 road miles included for confirmed requests.
- Plans for cabs that work hard: Ready ($109 a month) and Always Ready ($279 a month).
What we will not claim
- No response time we cannot keep. Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge. An arrival window is confirmed only if an operator is available.
- A rider report is read by a person and relayed to you. It is not an automatic dispatch.
- We never charge riders.
- This is a pilot. Every price is pilot pricing, in USD, before tax.
Who does the work, and where
We operate all the nearby cities and area within 100 miles of Seattle. Rescues are carried out by our operator, Gerardo Auto Paint Experts (autopaintexperts.com). Every request is confirmed for availability in your area before any charge.
